Registration & Payment
Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld (Trier University of Applied Sciences) has kindly arranged the logistics in Germany from 24–27 August 2026. To participate, you are required to pay a conference fee of EUR 200.

- Workshop Sessions (25–26 August 2026)
- Two meals and four coffee breaks during the workshop
- Guided Campus tour and barbecue with German beer (25 August 2026)
- Optional tour / trip on 26 August 2026 to the National Parc (See Info), Hunsrück-Hochwald ( Brochure ) and to Germany´s oldest city Trier (See Info)
We kindly advise all speakers and participants to register in advance to receive an early invitation/visa letter that will support the visa application process.

Invoice
After your registration verified, the host institution will issue an official invoice containing all payment details
*please note that all fees are non-refundable
Payment and Transfer Proof
Once the payment of €200 has been transfered, participant are requested to send proof of transfer to:
